MUSIC VIDEO REVIEW
Jhus takes us on a tour around Ghana for his latest music video for Spirit. In the video, he put the spotlight on the locals as we get a peek into the life of some of the people that live there.
Similarly to French Montana Unforgettable we the see the joy of the local children having fun which really stands out.
We also get a snapshot of the clothes and fashions of some of the local people, their are various different styles and fashions throughout the video.
Jhus is seen wearing a string vest in the video which is very big the Caribbean and African countries, the ideal vest to keep cool in the hot weather.
This upbeat track has many notable lyrics one of the best was;
“Grind ’til money ain’t a thing, you became a boss and brought all these bruddas in
Live by loyalty and honour, same time I do what I wanna“
The natural concept of this video comes through as a really vibrate picture of the country.
If you like this video make sure you check out fellow UK artist Fuse ODG Window seat video he released earlier in the year which gives another positive perspective of his country.
VIDEO L’S – Men’s fashion wear don’ts
This music video is about authentic as it gets so it’s difficult to be over critical of the people in the video but I have to be fair.
The first L goes to my man with the American sandals, there is no problem with American sandals but this is wrong video bro this is about Ghana, it would be great if we saw some more of the flag within the video instead the US slides in there.
The second one goes to the guy wearing his son’s vest which is 2x too small for him, please do yourself a favor fellas if you wear any vest make sure they are lose fitting especially in hot weather check out my suggestions below.
